General
InnPress PMS is a full hotel Property Management System built as a WordPress plugin — front desk, reservations, housekeeping, a booking engine, channel manager, restaurant & laundry POS, and a light back-office ERP (General Ledger, payroll, purchasing) in one system. It runs as a standalone portal app with offline (PWA) support, so front-desk staff can keep working through a shaky connection.
Independent hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, and small hotel groups. Whether you run one 10-room guesthouse or a 50-property group, InnPress PMS scales with you — the Free tier is a genuinely usable system for a small property, and Pro plans unlock the back-office and distribution features as you grow.
WordPress 6.0+ and PHP 8.0+ with MySQL 5.7+. It works with any standard WordPress hosting provider — no special server configuration required. A genuinely offline, no-internet installation (XAMPP/LAN) is also supported for properties without reliable connectivity.
Pricing & Licensing
Yes. Free covers one property with up to 10 rooms — front desk, reservations, room status, guest profiles, dashboard, basic reports, and the offline-capable portal app. No credit card, no time limit.
All three Pro plans unlock the same full feature set — housekeeping, booking engine, POS, accounting, AI concierge, and more. The difference is scale and support: Solo covers 1 property (up to 100 rooms), Multi-Property covers up to 5 properties (150 rooms each) with per-property staff scoping and 24-hour support, and Enterprise covers up to 50 properties with unlimited rooms, white-label branding, and same-day priority support.
Real two-way OTA connectivity (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and more) via a hosted channel-manager broker, metered per connected property rather than bundled into the base plan. It's planned as a paid add-on on top of any Pro plan — not yet available for purchase.
Yes, at any time. Your data is never lost when changing plans.
A property is one physical location — a single hotel, guesthouse, or B&B — configured inside InnPress PMS, each with its own rooms, rates, and staff. This is separate from "sites" (how many WordPress installs your license key can activate).
Managed Hosting
Not yet — it's coming soon. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when it launches. Every feature is real and already works in the self-hosted plugin today; the managed offering is purely a hosting delivery option we're building.

No. InnPress PMS runs entirely independently of your public site's theme — front desk, reservations, and every back-office feature work regardless of what theme you use. This theme is simply the purpose-built option if you want your guest-facing website and your booking engine to be the same, tightly-integrated system.
A visitor browses Rooms, picks a room type (with live availability and pricing from your PMS), and books through a dedicated, distraction-free checkout page — no site navigation or upsells in the way. The reservation lands directly in your InnPress PMS front desk, ready for check-in.
Yes — multi-property installs get path-based URLs per property (e.g. yoursite.com/hotels/downtown/), each with its own rooms, gallery, and booking flow, from a single WordPress install.
Yes, through the standard WordPress Customizer — colors, property photos, and page content are all editable without touching code.

Yes — Pro plans include a real booking engine: a public booking widget with a live availability calendar, rate plans, add-ons, and real payment checkout, plus a matching hospitality theme for your public-facing site (rooms, gallery, location, and a distraction-free checkout page).
A WhatsApp-based AI assistant guests can message directly to check availability, get an AI-drafted booking, or request housekeeping — routed straight into the same reservations and housekeeping data the front desk uses.
Yes. InnPress PMS includes a standalone portal that runs at /pms/ on your site. It's a Progressive Web App you can install on a phone, tablet, or front-desk PC — and it keeps working through a lost connection, syncing automatically once you're back online.
Technical
Download the plugin ZIP, go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, select the file, and activate it. A setup wizard walks you through configuring your first property.
No. The PMS runs on its own REST API and the portal is a separate single-page application — it doesn't load extra scripts or styles on your public-facing pages unless you're using the booking widget shortcode.

Free users get community support. Pro Solo includes priority email support. Pro Multi-Property gets 24-hour premium support. Pro Enterprise receives same-day priority support.
